What Is Coaching, exactly?
Whether you’re having difficulties achieving the goals you’ve been wanting for so long, you need help identifying where to direct your life (and probably figuring out what the steps are to get there), or if you need guidance through a variety of difficulties you may be facing, coaches are here to help! Most often, coaches are certified in specific areas to coach their clients to those clients’ ideal outcomes.
Here, I help you find balance within your life. We’re human and that naturally comes with a lot of responsibility that we can’t necessarily avoid. I also teach tools and skills that can not only bring that balance in your life, but help you excel and reach your ultimate goals while not forgetting or dropping everything else.
Coaching Through Programs
It doesn’t matter if you’re always busy with something or have all of the time in the world, coaching through programs allows you to receive the coaching you need during the time most convenient to you, at the pace you want.
One-On-One Coaching
One-on-one coaching is just how it sounds; personal time with your coach! Get personal feedback and answers to your questions during sessions. Because of these benefits, this option costs more than programs.

Before you begin a program, you will fill out an application with questions about yourself and your situation. This is simply to see if the program is a good fit for you, and you for it, so you know you’re investing in the right place! You can also fill out this application if you’re unsure of which program to take, and I will assess and reply to you as soon as I can so we can get you into the best one!

Accomplish balance as you deal with many roles and responsibilities that seem to be pulling you in different directions. It can be overwhelming to do and be a lot, but learning how to control and actually doing so with these parts of your life will bring you the peace and confidence you need to come out on top!

Create a foolproof plan that will actually get you to your goal(s) this time! No more quitting the gym before you get the results you want and no more staying in that job you hate! Big or small, “Grasp Your Goal(s)” is a great place to start!

What If I’m Interested In Coaching But Am Not Yet Ready?
It’s important to be ready for coaching before you do so, otherwise you won’t be in the place where you’re most receptive to the information and skills you will be learning. You want these to stick with you! Ask yourself what’s holding you back. Maybe that’s something coaching will help you with?
Where Do I Find More Information About Coaching Programs?
Under the Coaching section in the header are pages that go into each program in more detail. If you don’t see the program you’re looking for, it could be because the program is not yet ready. If you have recommendations for what can be included in the course, feel free to reach out and let me know!
Should I Do One-On-One Coaching Or Take A Program?
If you’re not sure whether you should take one-on-one coaching or a program, I would recommend a program! They cover everything you need and will most likely get you where you need to go. They also cost much less than one-on-one coaching. Both options are just about the same, but the biggest difference is that with one-on-one coaching, the program is more personalized and I will be doing it with you instead of giving you everything to do on your own. It’s up to you!
Can I Just Subscribe To The Email List Or Follow You On Social Media Instead Of Being Coached?
You’re more than welcome to receive information however you want! The email list and social media platforms are free, however, they will only teach you the “why” and “what” of problems, not necessarily the “how”. If you’re wanting to make lasting change in your life, I would encourage you to take a program (it’s worth it)!
