I know what it’s like to be in your shoes (to a point, of course)! Through trial & error and consistent learning, I continually create programs to help you reach your goals and desired lifestyle that I have tried and found to be successful.

I’m not perfect and neither are my methods (which I’ll be the first to admit any time)! I’m constantly trying to improve, which means change is always happening. This is a good thing because I’m counting on God every step of the way to help me and help me to help you. I credit everything that works and is good to Him!

I left the perks that come with the corporate world to help others on a more personal level. Self development is one of my main passions which is why I’m specializing in this area, but all of this means nothing if it doesn’t benefit you.

Both options are just about the same, but the biggest difference is that with one-on-one coaching, the program is more personalized and I will be doing it with you instead of giving you everything to do on your own. It’s up to you!
